How does it work?

After placing your order you will receive your order confirmation via email. Inside this email there is a link to where you'll be asked to provide the details of your golf moment — the course name, hole number, date, distance, and achievement, date/date format, m or yds. 

There is also a section where more questions and notes can be added so we can reach back to confirm. 

We then source the real topographical map data for that exact hole and 3D print a precise bird's-eye terrain model, which is set into a premium shadow box frame alongside your personalised plaque.

How long does it take to make?

Each display is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your personalisation details. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

What information do I need to provide?

To create your display we'll need: the golf course name, hole number, date of your achievement, distance of the hole, and the type of achievement (e.g. hole-in-one, eagle, competition win). The more detail you can provide, the better but should all be covered in the form. 

If you have the hole in one on video or a hole flythrough even better, the video can be linked onto a inbuilt NFC tag so anyone can scan and watch the video at any time. QR code also available if desired. 

Can I order a display for any golf course in the world?

We can create displays for the vast majority of golf courses worldwide, including famous courses like Augusta National, St Andrews, Pebble Beach, and Royal Melbourne. If you're unsure whether your course is available, feel free to contact us before ordering or for peace of mind if the data isn't available then a full refund is offered. 

What frame options are available?

Currently a standard matt black frame is supplied. Other/custom colours are available on request and this can be worked through via the customization request link supplied via the order confirmation email. 

Can I include my own memorabilia?

Yes! The shadow box includes space for you to add your own items — such as the ball, tee, or scorecard (back mount) from your special round. This makes each display truly one of a kind keepsake. 

Is this a good gift?

Absolutely. Our displays make a unique and deeply personal gift for any golfer — whether it's for a birthday, Father's or Mothers Day, Christmas, or just to celebrate a milestone round. We can also include a gift message with your order.

For those not comfortable filling it out, feel free to purchase a gift card so the personalisation can be filled out once gift card given. 

What is your returns policy?

Because each display is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue and we'll make it right.

How does the shipping work? 

Each package will be provided with a tracking number and notifications sent around shipping once booked into the post system. Within Australia the package will be sent via AusPost and internationally via 3rd party contractors via AusPost.
